Kyoung Park's NERO at Ma-Yi Labfest

Excited to be reprising my role as Seneca in Kyoung H. Park's NERO as part of Ma-Yi Writers' Lab's LABfest tonight!

NERO is a retelling of George W. Bush’s Presidency and War on Terror, based on an anachronistic and inaccurate portrayal of Nero’s Roman Empire. This Shakespearean, 5-act, political satire is a massive epic performed by a diverse ensemble of 16 actors over the span of 3.5 hours.

The cast of NERO features David Gelles (Ensemble Studio Theater’s “Winners”) as Nero, Catherine Curtin (“Orange is the New Black”) as Agrippina, Hadi Tabbal (“House of Cards”) as Otho, Ariel Estrada (Leviathan Lab) as Seneca, and Veracity Butcher, Ramesh Ganeshram, Lydia Gaston, Jesse James Keitel, Louis Mark, Jensen Olaya, Jose Antonio Melian, Kyoung H. Park, Terrence Thomas, Gerardo Rodriguez, Will Shaw, and Jessica Weinstein!
