Nicole Films' TITLE VII starring Chicava HoneyChild, Fidel Vicioso, Brian Anthony Wilson, Calvin Gladen, Ariel Estrada, and a talented ensemble cast, will make its NYC premiere tonight, May 6, 2017 at the Women of African Descent Film Festival at the Spike Lee Screening Room at Long Island University - Brooklyn.
Since the film's sneak peek at the Urbanworld Film Festival in NYC on September 22, 2016, and its world premiere at the Hollywood Black Film Festival on February 25, 2017 in Marina del Rey, CA, the film has been designated as an official selection at several festivals, including Women in Media-Newark, the People's Film Festival, Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival, the Artemis Women in Action Film Festival, and Reel Sisters of the Diaspora.
TITLE VII is a compelling drama about same-race discrimination at Sanger International, a fictional IT consulting firm, where venomous workplace dysfunction has brought the company's African American CEO Hillary Kelsey (the radiant Chicava HoneyChild) to the precipice of a seismic shift for her company, her employees, and her soul. Ariel is a member of the principal cast of TITLE VII as "Sam", Sanger International's smarmy and irreverent Chief Security Officer.
